Human Prothyroliberin (TRH) ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 8.6% and an inter-assay CV of 10.3%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery averaged 104% (range 98-110%) in serum and 106% (range 100-112%) in plasma.
