Human Proteolipid protein 2 (PLP2) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of human Proteolipid protein 2 (PLP2), also referred to as Differentiation-dependent protein A4 and Intestinal membrane A4 protein. Intended for research use only, the kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human PLP2. Reactivity is limited to human samples.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay covers a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Reported precision figures include an intra-assay CV of 5.5% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. PLP2 is an integral multi-pass membrane protein (UniProt Q04941) that may play a role in cell differentiation in the intestinal epithelium.
