Human Proteinase 3 (PR3) ELISA Kit

Proteinase 3 (PR3) is a 29 kDa neutrophil serine protease that serves as the principal target antigen for cytoplasmic anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (c-ANCA) in granulomatosis with polyangiitis research. Assay Genie's PR3 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of this autoantigen in human samples, supporting studies of autoimmune vasculitis, neutrophil degranulation pathways and chronic inflammatory disease mechanisms.

The microplate is pre-coated with monoclonal anti-PR3 capture antibody and uses a biotinylated detection antibody with streptavidin-HRP for chromogenic signal generation. Unopened kit components should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, with freeze-thaw cycles of the standard diluent series avoided to preserve calibration curve integrity.
