Human Protein Wnt-7b (WNT7B) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich-format colorimetric assay intended to quantify human Protein Wnt-7b (WNT7B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is designed for research use only and is calibrated to recognise both natural and recombinant human Protein Wnt-7b, with reactivity confirmed in human samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.19 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is given as 5.2% and inter-assay CV as 9.8%. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported for serum (N=5), EDTA plasma (N=5) and heparin plasma (N=5). Recovery is reported at an average of 94% for serum (range 88-100%) and an average of 96% for plasma (range 90-102%).
