Human Protein Wnt-7a (WNT7A) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Protein Wnt-7a (WNT7A) in human samples. The assay shows specificity toward natural and recombinant human Protein Wnt-7a and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Wnt-7a is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors and a probable developmental protein, with signalling allowing sexually dimorphic development of the mullerian ducts. The protein is secreted and located in the extracellular space and extracellular matrix, and interacts with PORCN. Research applications include cancer.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 8.9pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.1% and inter-assay CV is 8.5%. Serum linearity ranges from 97-106% at a 1:2 dilution to 91-100% at 1:16, while EDTA plasma spans 102-113% to 94-104% across the same dilutions. Recovery is 96% (range 90-102%) for serum and 98% (range 92-104%) for plasma. The kit is for research use only.
