Human Protein Wnt-4 (WNT4) ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of WNT-4 protein in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specifically designed to recognize natural and recombinant human Protein Wnt-4.

Validated performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 6.1% CV and inter-assay precision at 8.5% CV. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery averaging 90% in serum (range 84-96%) and 92% in plasma (range 86-98%).
