Human Protein Wnt-2b (WNT2B) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of WNT-2B in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay targets Protein Wnt-2b (synonyms: Protein Wnt-13, WNT13) and is specific for natural and recombinant human Protein Wnt-2b.

The kit delivers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.082 ng/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.5%. Recovery in serum averages 91% (range 85–97%) and in plasma averages 93% (range 87–99%). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for serum (89–115%), EDTA plasma (92–121%), and heparin plasma (83–116%).

WNT-2B is described as a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors and a probable developmental protein involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, with implications in normal development, differentiation, and carcinogenesis.
