Human Protein unc-13 homolog C (UNC13C) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA is intended for the precise quantification of UNC13C (also known as Munc13-3) levels in human samples. The assay is reactive against human protein and is suited to research on synaptic vesicle priming, neurotransmitter release, and the investigation of neurological conditions such as epilepsy and autism where dysregulation of UNC13C has been reported.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 6.25–400 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 1.56 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.1%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, measured linearity spans 86–112% for serum, 80–125% for EDTA plasma, and 90–120% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91–103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93–105%).

Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity reported for natural and recombinant human UNC13C.
