Human Protein reprimo (RPRM) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of REPRIMO protein in human samples using colorimetric detection. According to the manufacturer, REPRIMO may be involved in p53-dependent G2 arrest of the cell cycle and may induce cell cycle arrest by inhibiting CDK1 activity and nuclear translocation of the CDC2 cyclin B1 complex. Its expression has been linked to cancers including colorectal cancer, making it a useful biomarker for cancer research. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human Protein reprimo.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Recovery is reported at 96–108% (average 102%) for serum and 98–110% (average 104%) for plasma.
