Human Protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 1A (PPP1R1A) ELISA Kit

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.412 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 6.4% and inter-assay precision is 7.7%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution ratios from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery averaging 87% for serum (range 81–93%) and 89% for plasma (range 83–95%). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human PPP1R1A and is for research use only.
