Human Protein NKG7 (NKG7) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant human Protein NKG7, this sandwich-format immunoassay from Assay Genie is validated for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit is intended for research use only.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL, supported by an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 10.4%. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma has been validated across serial dilutions, with recovery rates of 101% (range 95-107%) in serum and 103% (range 97-109%) in plasma.

NKG7, also known by synonyms including GIG-1 protein, GMP-17, granule membrane protein of 17 kDa, natural killer cell protein 7, p15-TIA-1, and G-CSF-induced gene 1 protein, is a multi-pass membrane protein localised to the cell membrane and to the cytoplasmic granules of cytolytic T-lymphocytes, NK cells, and neutrophils (UniProt Q16617). The assay is read on a microplate reader at 450 nm.
