Human Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (TGM2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (TGM2) by colorimetric means. The target analyte is also known as tissue transglutaminase, transglutaminase C, transglutaminase H and transglutaminase-2, and the assay is reactive against human samples, recognising both natural and recombinant forms of the monomeric enzyme. The kit is intended for research use only, including applications in the neurosciences.

Performance figures stated by the manufacturer include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.082 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 5.0% and inter-assay CV at 8.0%. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 98%, range 92–104%) and plasma (average 100%, range 94–106%), and linearity has been assessed across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
