Human Protein FAM3B (FAM3B) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.19ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.3% and an inter-assay CV of 6.5%. Linearity has been established across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 through 1:16, with recovery averaging 94% (range 88-100) for serum and 96% (range 90-102) for plasma. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Protein FAM3B and is intended for research use only within the immunology research field. FAM3B is a cytokine-like protein, also referred to as Pancreatic-derived factor or PANDER, that has been shown to induce apoptosis of alpha and beta cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner.
