The colorimetric sandwich assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 34pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 11.0%. Recovery averages 98% in serum (range 92-104%) and 100% in plasma (range 94-106%). Linearity was demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
