Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6/PDIA6 ELISA Kit

PDIA6 is a thioredoxin-domain protein involved in protein folding, disulfide bond formation, and redox regulation, with established roles in oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress responses. Dysregulation of PDIA6 has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions, making it a useful biomarker for related research. Reported performance characteristics include a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.049 ng/mL, serum recovery of 80–102% (average 91%), intra-assay precision of CV <10%, inter-assay precision of CV <12%, and a stated shelf life of 12 months under appropriate storage conditions.
