Human Protein disulfide-isomerase A4 (PDIA4) ELISA Kit

The kit detects natural and recombinant human PDIA4 (UniProt P13667). Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with recovery validated for serum and plasma samples.

PDIA4 is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident enzyme of the protein disulfide isomerase family that participates in protein folding and cell redox homeostasis. Dysregulation of PDIA4 has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative, and autoimmune conditions.
