Human Protein disulfide-isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit

The kit uses a competitive ELISA format with a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.806ng/mL. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human PDIA3. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 4.1% and an inter-assay CV of 5.5%. Recovery averages 96% for serum (range 90-102%) and 98% for plasma (range 92-104%).
