Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit

The PDIA3 target protein (also called ERp57, ERp60, or GRP58) is a thiol-disulfide oxidoreductase and endoplasmic reticulum chaperone of approximately 58 kDa that partners with calnexin and calreticulin to catalyze disulfide bond formation in nascent glycoproteins and to load peptides onto MHC class I molecules. This Assay Genie immunoassay uses paired capture and detection antibodies to quantify human PDIA3 in tissue homogenates and cell lysates, with an absorbance-based readout following room temperature incubation.
