Human Protein deltex-1 (DTX1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Deltex-1 (DTX1) protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Also known as Protein deltex-1 and RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase DTX1, this target is detected using a colorimetric method that is reactive with human samples and specific for natural and recombinant human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DTX1 (UniProt Q86Y01).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 3.8% and inter-assay CV of 7.2%. Linearity data are provided across dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with serum recovery averaging 95% (range 89-101%) and plasma recovery averaging 97% (range 91-103%). Deltex-1 functions as a ubiquitin ligase and is described as a regulator of Notch signaling with roles in neurogenesis, lymphogenesis and myogenesis; it may also antagonize NOTCH1.
