Human Protein delta homolog 1 (DLK1) ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.045 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.2% and inter-assay CV is 10.2%. Recovery in serum averages 91% (range 85-97%) and in plasma averages 93% (range 87-99%). The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Protein delta homolog 1.
