Human Protein CYR61 (CYR61) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed to quantify human Protein CYR61, also known by the synonyms CCN1, GIG1, IGFBP-10, IBP-10, cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61, cellular communication network factor 1, and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 10. The assay is reactive with human samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.3% and inter-assay CV is 7.5%. Linearity has been evaluated across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (91–116%), EDTA plasma (98–118%) and heparin plasma (84–121%). Recovery averages 98% for serum (range 92–104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94–106%). Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human CCN family member 1.
