Human Protein BTG3 (BTG3) ELISA Kit

The assay employs a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant human Protein BTG3, with a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15 pg/mL.

Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. Average recovery is 97% from serum (range 91–103%) and 99% from plasma (range 93–105%). BTG3 is a member of the BTG/Tob antiproliferative protein family; its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, making this assay relevant to molecular biology and oncology research.
