Human Protein bassoon (BSN) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric, sandwich-based format is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 36pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.0% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with serum recovery averaging 99% (range 93-105%) and plasma recovery averaging 101% (range 95-107%).
