Human Protease Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to measure human Protease-Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2), a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor encoded by the F2RL1 gene that mediates cellular responses to serine proteases such as trypsin and mast cell tryptase.
