Human Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is developed for the quantitative measurement of Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) in human samples. It is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Prostate stem cell antigen. The kit has a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.2 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.5%.

Spike-and-recovery is reported at 91% (range 85-97%) for serum and 93% (range 87-99%) for plasma. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is 108-120%, 89-99%, 83-92% and 106-116% for serum; 99-109%, 98-106%, 102-114% and 106-118% for EDTA plasma; and 99-108%, 115-124%, 108-118% and 100-110% for heparin plasma. The kit is supplied with a dismountable 8×12-strip microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate and stop solution, and is for research use only.
