PTGIS, also known as prostacyclin synthase or CYP8A1, catalyzes conversion of prostaglandin H2 to prostaglandin I2 (prostacyclin), a vasodilator that inhibits platelet aggregation and supports endothelial homeostasis.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution for a complete colorimetric workflow.
