Human Prostaglandin Endoperoxide Synthase 1 (PTGS1) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit quantifies Prostaglandin Endoperoxide Synthase 1 (PTGS1), the constitutive cyclooxygenase enzyme (COX-1) that converts arachidonic acid into prostaglandin H2, a precursor of thromboxane A2 and downstream prostaglandins. PTGS1 is widely studied for its roles in platelet aggregation, vascular homeostasis, and gastrointestinal mucosal protection, and this kit supports quantitative measurement of PTGS1 protein levels in research samples. Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotin-conjugated detection antibody, recombinant PTGS1 standards, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent, together with a detailed protocol.
