Human Proliferation-associated protein 2G4/PA2G4 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of Human Proliferation-Associated Protein 2G4 (PA2G4), also known as Ebp1, a key protein involved in cell proliferation and growth regulation whose dysregulation has been linked to various diseases including cancer. The assay uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich format and accepts human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 94–103%, 91–102% and 86–105% for serum (n = 5); 82–98%, 82–101% and 84–101% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 87–97%, 87–100% and 87–97% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges are 88–99% (average 93%) for serum, 85–105% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 87–102% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. All kit components are intended to be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
