Human Prokineticin Receptor 1/PKR1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantification of prokineticin receptor 1 (PKR1) levels in human samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate for a colorimetric readout, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. Validated sample types include human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months and reports a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL with a standard range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Linearity and recovery have been assessed across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
