Human Prokineticin 2 ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human samples. Acceptable sample types include serum and plasma, with additional matrices of tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The target protein is also referred to as PK-2, Bv8, MIT1, KAL4, and Protein Bv8 homolog, and corresponds to Uniprot entry Q9HC23.

Reported performance figures differ between product lots: one source cites a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.084ng/mL, while another cites a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.087ng/mL. Precision values are stated as intra-assay CV <10% and inter-assay CV <12%, with additional reported figures of 5.2% intra-CV and 7.4% inter-CV.
