Human PROK1/EG-VEGF ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the measurement of human PROK1/EG-VEGF, also known as Prokineticin 1 (PROK1). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a measuring range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma spans roughly 80–105% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while recovery averages between 94% and 97% depending on the sample matrix. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C and remain stable for up to 12 months.
