Human ProGRP (Pro-Gastrin Releasing Peptide) ELISA Kit (HUES02976)

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Pro-Gastrin Releasing Peptide (ProGRP) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric method completed in 3 h 30 min, with a sensitivity of 9.38 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.63–1000 pg/mL. Reported recovery is 80%–120% and the required sample volume is 100 μL.

ProGRP is a biomarker associated with small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumours, and the kit is intended for research in cancer, metabolism, neuroscience and signal transduction. The kit recognises Human ProGRP in samples with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human ProGRP and analogues observed. It corresponds to UniProt entry P07492 and reagents are stored at 2–8°C.
