The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Precision is supported by an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 6.9%. Recovery averages 87% for serum and 89% for plasma, with linearity reported across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
