Human Profilin-3 (PFN3) ELISA Kit

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, the assay recognises both natural and recombinant human Profilin-3. The reported detection range is 31.2–2000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of 15.73 pg/mL. Precision is supported by an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%, and linearity has been characterised across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The target protein localises to the cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, and nucleus, and the kit is intended for research use only.
