Human Procollagen Lysine-2-Oxoglutarate-5-Dioxygenase 3/PLOD3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables the quantitative detection of Human Procollagen Lysine-2-Oxoglutarate-5-Dioxygenase 3 (PLOD3) in human samples. PLOD3, also known as lysyl hydroxylase 3 (LH3), is an enzyme important for collagen biosynthesis and extracellular matrix formation. Its dysregulation has been linked to fibrosis, cancer metastasis, and connective tissue disorders, making it a biomarker of interest for disease progression and therapeutic development.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates, among other biological fluids.
