Human Procollagen I (PCI) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay for circulating procollagen type I, the precursor fragment released during collagen I maturation that serves as a sensitive biomarker for bone formation and tissue fibrogenesis. The Assay Genie kit supports in vitro research into osteoporosis, fracture healing, hepatic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis, and wound remodeling, where procollagen I peptide release can be tracked alongside turnover markers such as osteocalcin, CTX-I, and PIIINP.

Reagents arrive as a complete kit with pre-coated microplate strips, conjugate, substrate, wash buffer, and protein standards prepared in a ready-to-use diluent.
