Human Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1 (TRUB1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1 (TRUB1), an enzyme involved in the pseudouridylation of tRNA molecules. Dysregulation of TRUB1 has been linked to cancer and neurological disorders, supporting its investigation as a potential biomarker.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and shows specificity toward natural and recombinant human TRUB1. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 20pg/ml, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.9%. Recovery in serum averages 103% (range 97-109%) and in plasma averages 105% (range 99-111%).
