Human Pro-NPY/CPON PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0106)

This competitive ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Pro-NPY/CPON, the C-terminal flanking peptide of neuropeptide Y, in human serum and cell culture supernatants. Pro-NPY/CPON is co-processed with mature neuropeptide Y from the pro-hormone precursor and is widely used as a surrogate biomarker of NPY biosynthesis in neuroendocrine, metabolic, and cardiovascular research. The assay supports studies of appetite regulation, stress response, sympathetic signaling, and feeding behaviour where altered NPY pathway activity has been documented.
