Human Pro-neuropeptide Y (NPY) ELISA Kit

Pro-neuropeptide Y is the precursor to neuropeptide Y, a key neurotransmitter implicated in the control of feeding and in the secretion of gonadotrophin-release hormone, with broader roles in appetite regulation, stress response and cardiovascular function. The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human pro-neuropeptide Y. Reported recovery is 94% (88-100) for serum and 96% (90-102) for plasma across the dilution series tested.
