Human Pro MMP10 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative determination of Human Pro-Matrix Metalloproteinase 10 (Pro-MMP10) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double antibody format with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL.

Pro-MMP10 is a key enzyme involved in extracellular matrix degradation and tissue remodeling, playing critical roles in physiological and pathological processes such as wound healing, inflammation, and cancer progression. Accurate quantification of Pro-MMP10 levels in human samples supports research into mechanisms of tissue homeostasis and pathophysiology, and the development of new therapeutic interventions.

The protocol is performed as a sample protocol specific to each batch/lot. Reagents and TMB substrate are equilibrated to room temperature and loaded onto the pre-coated plate. The plate is incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Unused reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
