Human pro-IL-1b ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of pro-Interleukin-1 Beta in human samples, employing a colorimetric readout read at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell or tissue lysate.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL and the assay working range is 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, reported linearity spans 85-103%, 91-105%, and 89-104% for serum; 88-98%, 87-101%, and 89-101% for EDTA plasma; and 81-99%, 82-98%, and 80-98% for heparin plasma. Reported recovery ranges are 86-104% for serum (average 99%), 88-105% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 86-102% for heparin plasma (average 93%). Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.
