Human Pro-epidermal growth factor (EGF) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie comes a Sandwich-format ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of human Pro-epidermal growth factor (EGF). The assay is reactive with human samples and is supplied for research use only.

The assay covers a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL with a stated sensitivity of 3.9pg/mL. Reported precision values are 4.3% intra-assay CV and 7.5% inter-assay CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum recovery averaging 96% (range 90-102%) and plasma recovery averaging 98% (range 92-104%). The kit recognises natural and recombinant human Pro-epidermal growth factor. Compatible sample matrices include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.
