Human PRKG2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07062)

PRKG2, also called cGMP-dependent protein kinase 2 (cGKII), is a serine/threonine kinase central to cGMP-mediated signaling in bone, cartilage, intestinal epithelium, and renal tissue. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative detection of the human PRKG2 protein in research samples and is supplied in a microplate format with reagents sufficient for 96 determinations. For optimal stability, kit components should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C and protected from light. The assay is intended for research use only and is commonly applied to studies of bone mineralization, chondrocyte biology, cGMP pathway research, and investigation of PRKG2 mutations associated with acromesomelic dysplasia.
