Human PRKAR1B ELISA Kit (HUFI07061)

The Human PRKAR1B ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring Protein Kinase cAMP-Dependent Type I Regulatory Subunit Beta (PRKAR1B) in human research samples. PRKAR1B is the type I beta regulatory subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA), a key mediator of cAMP signaling relevant to neuroscience, endocrinology, and oncology research.

Each run requires 100 µL of sample, and results are read on a standard microplate reader. The kit includes all reagents, standards, and instructions needed to complete the assay for research use only. The microplate format supports batch processing of up to 96 samples simultaneously.
