Human presepsin ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of presepsin (sCD14-ST) in human research samples is enabled by this Assay Genie ELISA kit. Presepsin is a 13 kDa N-terminal fragment of soluble CD14 released into circulation by activated monocytes during bacterial infection, and it is widely studied as an early biomarker for sepsis diagnosis and prognosis.

The assay is calibrated for human samples and is intended for research use only. Each kit includes pre-coated microtitration wells, detection antibody, lyophilized standards, and substrate reagents sufficient for one full plate run. Reconstituted standards and stored aliquots should be frozen and protected from light to preserve binding activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Most protocols load 50-100 µL of diluted sample per well, with the full procedure completed within a single working day and results quantified against the supplied standard curve.
