Human Pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein 3 (PSG3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein 3 (PSG3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and specific for natural and recombinant human PSG3, with research focus in cell biology.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 5.6pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.8% and inter-assay CV is 11.2%. Spike-and-recovery testing gave an average of 106% (range 100-112%) in serum and 108% (range 102-114%) in plasma.

PSG3 is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and CEA family, mapped to chromosomal region 19q13.2 (UniProt Q16557, molecular weight 47,945 Da).
