The PRCC (Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma translocation-associated) protein is encoded by a gene on chromosome 1q21.2 and is implicated in renal cell carcinoma pathogenesis through X;1 chromosomal translocations involving the TFE3 transcription factor. This Assay Genie kit enables researchers to quantify PRCC protein levels in clinical specimens, supporting oncology and biomarker discovery workflows.

The protocol uses 100 uL of prepared sample per reaction, and results are read against a standard curve generated from calibrated reference standards. Each shipment includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection reagents, and wash buffers.
