Human PRAME ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human PRAME (PReferentially expressed Antigen in MElanoma) using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. It supports research applications including studies of PRAME — a protein associated with melanoma, where its overexpression is linked to poor prognosis — and investigation of PRAME as a potential biomarker.

Linearity was assessed in serum (90–105% at 1:2; 89–102% at 1:4; 86–104% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (82–101%; 84–100%; 84–101%), and heparin plasma (81–100%; 93–98%; 82–94%). Recovery averaged 96% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma. The protocol uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Storage is 2–8°C for 12 months.
