Human PPP1R14B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit enables the quantitative measurement of PPP1R14B (Protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 14B) in human samples. The colorimetric assay is intended for research use only and is reactive with human specimens.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay covers a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/ml. Kit components comprise a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealers, a technical manual, and a validated Bradford Reagent for total protein quantification and sample normalization.

The workflow follows a standard sandwich format. Samples and standards are added to the antibody-coated wells, where the target protein binds. After washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is introduced, followed by HRP-conjugated Streptavidin. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow on addition of stop solution, and optical density is measured at 450 nm with a microplate reader. The OD450 value is directly proportional to analyte concentration, determined against a standard curve.
