The Human PPP1CB ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of protein phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit beta, a widely expressed serine/threonine phosphatase implicated in glycogen metabolism, mitotic progression, and RNA splicing regulation. PPP1CB is one of three closely related PP1 catalytic subunit genes, alongside PPP1CA and PPP1CC, and altered PPP1CB expression has been documented in studies of Noonan-like developmental disorders and in oncogenic signaling contexts. The kit is supplied as a complete sandwich-format immunoassay reagent set with pre-coated microplate wells, calibrator standards, detection antibody, and assay buffers sized for 96 individual determinations. Reagents should be stored refrigerated between uses, and the assay is restricted to in vitro research use with human research specimens.
